Cancel a Jellutide Order: Who to Call and What to Say
Quick answer
To cancel a Jellutide order, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID as soon as you can. Cancelling is easiest before the package ships. Once it has shipped, the 60-day guarantee takes over: get a return authorization, mail the bottles back and wait for the refund.

Short answer01
How do you cancel a Jellutide order?
You cancel a Jellutide order by phone. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask the order desk to stop the shipment.
The sales page describes each order as a one-time purchase with no autoship (Jellutide sales page). So there is no subscription to end. You are cancelling one order.
Our own website email cannot see orders. Do not wait on a reply from it. The order desk is the right contact.
What to say02
What should you say when you call to cancel?
Say your name, the order ID and that you want to cancel before it ships. Then ask for a confirmation by email.

After shipping03
What if the Jellutide order has already shipped?
If the order has shipped, move to the refund route. The 60-day guarantee runs from the day the package arrives.
Call for a return authorization, mail the bottles with tracking and wait for the credit. You pay the return postage.

Before you reorder05
What should you do before you order again?
Read the label first. The bottle and the sales page list different formulas, so decide with the bottle in mind.

FAQ06
Cancel Jellutide order questions
How long do I have to cancel a Jellutide order?
We know of no set cancel window. Call as soon as you change your mind, since a shipped order moves to the 60-day return route instead.
Will cancelling a Jellutide order affect my card?
The credit should follow the cancel. Watch your statement and keep the confirmation email. If no credit appears, call the order desk with your order ID.
Can I change my Jellutide pack instead of cancelling?
Order changes go through the same BuyGoods order desk. Ask whether a swap is possible before the order ships.
Is there a cancel fee for Jellutide?
We found no cancel fee on the sales page. Ask the desk to confirm any cost before you agree, and ask for it in writing.
