Jellutide Caffeine: Are Green Tea and Guarana in the Gummy?
Jellutide caffeine is not on the bottle label: the gummy lists apple cider vinegar, BHB salts and a sugar-and-pectin base, with no caffeine source. The sales page names guarana and green tea, both natural caffeine sources, while also saying "NO STIMULANTS". We follow the label. For healthy adults, the FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources.

Label check01
Does Jellutide have caffeine?
The Jellutide label lists no caffeine and no caffeine source. Green tea and guarana appear only on the sales page.
The bottle's active blend is apple cider vinegar and BHB salts. The other nine ingredients are things like corn syrup, cane sugar, apple pectin and beet root powder. None of them carries caffeine.
The sales page lists a separate formula with guarana seed and green tea leaf in a 22-name blend, without amounts (Jellutide sales page). We go by the bottle, because that is what you chew.
The guarana photo comes from the brand's image set. It shows red fruits opening around black seeds. Supplements use the seed, which carries the caffeine.
Nothing on the bottle label says guarana is inside a Jellutide gummy.

The conflict02
Is Jellutide stimulant-free, as the sales page says?
By the bottle label, yes: no stimulant is listed. The sales page is the odd one out, because it says "NO STIMULANTS" while naming two caffeine sources.
Guarana seeds contain caffeine and related chemicals, so a product with guarana cannot honestly be called stimulant-free (MSKCC, Guarana). Green tea also contains caffeine (NCCIH, Green Tea).
We cannot say why the pages clash. The calm reading is that the sales page copy does not match the bottle, so the label is the safer guide.
| Question | Bottle label | Sales page |
|---|---|---|
| Green tea listed? | No | Yes, green tea leaf |
| Guarana listed? | No | Yes, guarana seed |
| Caffeine per serving | No source listed | Not printed |
| Stimulant wording | None | "NO STIMULANTS" |
Every other mismatch is laid out on Jellutide label vs sales page.
Profiles03
What are green tea and guarana?
Green tea is the leaf of Camellia sinensis. Guarana is the seed of Paullinia cupana. Both are sold for energy or metabolism, and both bring caffeine.
Green tea also has catechins, plant compounds studied alongside its caffeine. Guarana is mainly valued as a caffeine source.
The two profiles below show what the label prints for each: nothing.

The evidence04
Do green tea and guarana help with weight loss?
Only a little, if at all. Green tea may have a modest effect on body weight, and guarana's effects come down to its caffeine.
A Cochrane review of 14 trials found green tea gave about 0.95 kg more loss than placebo (NIH ODS, Supplements for Weight Loss). NCCIH calls the effect modest (NCCIH, Green Tea).
Guarana's evidence comes down to caffeine effects. Feeling alert is not the same as losing weight.
Green tea
About 0.95 kg over placebo in pooled trials. Rare liver injury has been tied to extract pills.
Guarana
A caffeine source. Caffeine effects only, and no amount is given on the sales page.

How much caffeine a day is too much?
For healthy adults, the FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine a day as an amount not usually tied to harm. That is about two to three 12-ounce cups of coffee (FDA, How much caffeine is too much?).
The limit covers every source at once: coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks and any supplement. A product that hides its caffeine makes that sum hard to do.
Supplements can pack far more caffeine than food does, and too much can bring nervousness, poor sleep and a racing heart (Cleveland Clinic, Do fat burners work?).
| Amount | What the FDA says |
|---|---|
| 400 mg a day | Not generally linked to negative effects in healthy adults |
| About 1,200 mg taken quickly | Can cause toxic effects such as seizures |
| Any amount | Pregnant, breastfeeding, caffeine-sensitive or on certain medicines: ask a provider |
Safety06
Who should be careful with green tea and guarana?
People sensitive to caffeine, people on blood thinners and anyone with liver concerns should be careful with either one.
Guarana commonly causes nausea and trouble sleeping. Large amounts can bring vomiting, heartbeat changes, high blood pressure and seizures, and it may raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSKCC, Guarana).
Green tea products, mostly extract pills, have been linked to rare liver injury. At high doses, green tea can also lower blood levels of the heart drug nadolol (NCCIH, Green Tea).
Do not drop or change a prescription, including a blood thinner or a GLP-1 medicine, because of a supplement. Bring any label to your pharmacist first (FDA, Mixing medications and supplements).
Reactions to the gummy as labeled are covered on Jellutide side effects.

What if your Jellutide bottle lists guarana or green tea?
Then your bottle differs from the label we read. Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask which formula shipped.
Until you know, count it as caffeine. Skip it late in the day, and tell your pharmacist if you take heart or blood-thinning medicine.
Two other sales-page herbs get the same check: gymnema and African mango.
FAQ08
Jellutide caffeine and stimulants: questions
How much caffeine is in Jellutide?
The bottle label lists no caffeine source, so none is expected. Its blend is apple cider vinegar and BHB salts in a sugar and pectin base. The sales page names guarana and green tea but gives no caffeine amount, so check the bottle you receive.
Will Jellutide keep me awake at night?
Not as labeled, since the gummy lists nothing with caffeine. If your bottle lists guarana or green tea, treat it like a caffeinated product. Guarana commonly causes trouble sleeping (MSKCC, Guarana), so take it early in the day and call the order desk.
Is guarana a stimulant?
Yes. Guarana seeds contain caffeine and caffeine-like chemicals, which is why it shows up in energy products (MSKCC, Guarana). That is the problem with the sales page saying "NO STIMULANTS" while listing guarana. The Jellutide bottle label does not list guarana.
Can green tea extract hurt your liver?
Rarely, yes. NCCIH says liver injury has been reported in some people using green tea products, mainly extracts in pill form (NCCIH, Green Tea). Green tea is not on the Jellutide bottle label.
Can I drink coffee while taking Jellutide?
The label lists no caffeine, so coffee and the gummy do not stack as printed. The FDA's 400 mg daily figure covers all sources together (FDA, How much caffeine is too much?). If your bottle lists guarana or green tea, count it toward that total.
Why does the Jellutide sales page say no stimulants?
We do not know. The sales page says "NO STIMULANTS" yet names guarana and green tea, two caffeine sources (Jellutide sales page). It also lists a different formula from the bottle. We follow the bottle label, which shows no stimulant.
Is Jellutide safe for someone sensitive to caffeine?
As labeled, the gummy has no caffeine source, so caffeine should not be the issue. People sensitive to caffeine should still read their own bottle. If it lists guarana or green tea, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking it.
