What is the Jellutide formula?

The Jellutide formula has two parts: a 525 mg active blend and a gummy base.

The blend lists Apple Cider Vinegar first, then BHB (B-hydroxybutyrate) as calcium, magnesium and sodium salts. The base is corn syrup, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tapioca starch, natural flavors and beet root powder.

The label does not name a caffeine source, a vitamin or a herb.

Why does the Jellutide formula hide single amounts?

US rules let a proprietary blend show only a total, as long as the lines run in descending order (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)).

With two lines in 525 mg, the first line is at least about 263 mg. So apple cider vinegar is at least about 263 mg, and the BHB salts are at most about 262 mg, by order alone.

How much BHB is in a Jellutide gummy?

Probably very little. The printed minerals cap the BHB salts at about 27 mg per gummy.

The panel shows 1 mg calcium, 0.75 mg magnesium and 2.5 mg sodium. If all of it came from the BHB salts, that is the most they could weigh. Sodium citrate also adds sodium, so the true number is lower.

Studies of ketone salts used 10 to 40 g, which is hundreds of times more (Evans 2022, exogenous ketone review). These are ceilings from our arithmetic, not lab results.

How the printed minerals cap the BHB salts in one gummy. If every milligram of calcium, magnesium and sodium came from the BHB salts, this is the most salt the gummy could hold. Sodium citrate also adds sodium, so the real figure can only be lower.

Does the Jellutide formula have research behind it?

Its parts have been studied, but the whole gummy has not.

A 12-week vinegar trial found weight down about 1 to 2 kg on 750 to 1,500 mg of acetic acid, with weight returning after stopping; the authors worked for a vinegar maker (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial). A big 2024 trial that reported 6 to 8 kg losses was retracted (BMJ Group, ACV trial retracted (2025)).

What are the other ingredients in a Jellutide gummy?

Corn syrup, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tapioca starch, natural flavors and beet root powder. Gelatin is not on the list.

Why does the formula have sodium citrate?

Sodium citrate is a common buffer in pectin gummies. It also adds sodium, which is why the BHB figure we work out is a ceiling and the real amount is lower.
