The 525 mg blend is two lines in descending order, so vinegar is at least about 263 mg. Our mineral arithmetic caps the BHB salts at about 27 mg. Most of the blend is probably vinegar.

Do keto ACV gummies work for weight loss?
The research on each part is modest, and nobody has tested a combined gummy.
Liquid vinegar at 15 to 30 mL a day gave about 1 to 2 kg lower weight in one trial, and it faded after stopping (Kondo 2009, vinegar trial). Does the sales page match the keto ACV label?
No. The sales page lists a different formula than the bottle.
